5. Payment

Users are required to pay for services through online payment providers such as Stripe or Coinbase Pay. Payments can be made using traditional methods or cryptocurrencies supported by Coinbase Pay. All required payments, including but not limited to deposits, must be completed before services are rendered.

Cancellation Policy

Private session cancellations within 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment and/or missed appointments are subject to a 50% cancellation fee at our discretion.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only available prior to the delivery of services, including but not limited to educational content. Once services have been delivered, no refunds will be issued. No refunds are available for courses or digital content under any circumstances. All deposits paid for services are non-refundable.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Site and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Site.

11. Arbitration Agreement

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or the Services provided, you and KW Crypto Consulting LLC agree to attempt in good faith to negotiate a written resolution of the matter directly between the parties. If the matter remains unresolved for 30 days after the attempt at such resolution, then the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in Wilmington, Delaware, and judgment on the arbitration award may be entered into any court having jurisdiction thereof. Each party shall bear its own costs (including attorney's fees) and disbursements arising out of the arbitration and shall pay an equal share of the fees and costs of the arbitrator and the American Arbitration Association.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
